Tenobe Udon Cooking Class with side menu and dessert

A sushi class was held in April, and the cooking class by Professor Nikaido was a great success. This time, we will hold a “Tenobe Udon Class” with side menu and dessert that is perfect for summer!

◇ Chilled hand-rolled udon noodles
Since no kitchen knife is used, children can enjoy it with peace of mind. This time, we will also make a full-fledged soup using thick-cut bonito flakes.

◇ Yamagata no Dashi
Yamagata’s local cuisine is made by finely chopping summer vegetables such as cucumber, eggplant, and ginger. You can refresh yourself even when you have no appetite.

◇ Shiratama shaved ice
