On the first floor are the share facilities including the living room, the kitchen and the shower room. People can organize exhibitions and workshops in the living room.
Examples of equipments: Picture rail, stands for exhibition, projector, kitchen utensils, etc.
On the second floor are the private rooms for the residents. There are four rooms altogether, and each of them have different layouts. A bed, a desk, a chair and a closet is equipped in all of the rooms.

– Management fee includes utility bill (water and electricity bill). It will slightly differ depending on the season.
– The deposit would be worth one month of the rent. The deposit will be returned to the resident when you leaves the house, after withdrawing the cleaning fee and the repair cost.
